Daniel Simmons is a commercial real estate broker with a primary focus in multifamily properties and a sub-class concentration in mobile home and RV parks, workforce housing developments, destination resorts, and apartments.  He has played an integral role in closing over 200M+ of dual-agent commercial real estate transactions since the inception of his real estate brokerage tenure.

Currently, Mr. Simmons is the Managing Director at Sunstone Real Estate Advisors and oversees management of the Louisiana Office’s Commercial Division, providing direct assistance of commercial agents in their respective transactions, along with training in analytics, negotiation tactics, transaction coordination, and lead generation strategies. Prior to this, he acted in a similar capacity as the VP of Commercial Sales at Latter & Blum Classic Homes & Properties. Mr. Simmons also holds the prestigious CCIM designation. The CCIM designation is conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field, and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis.

Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Southeastern Louisiana University and resides in Hammond, LA.
